Natalie M. Stewart

Natalie is a corporate, commercial and real estate lawyer who advises clients on matters relating to corporate governance and organization, corporate finance, estate planning, and purchase and sale transactions, including acquisitions by way of share purchase, asset purchase or the purchase of commercial or residential real estate. In addition, Natalie has extensive experience with drafting and reviewing contracts for several provincial, national and international businesses.

Natalie obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Mount Allison University in 2010. Natalie was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2014.

A local from Ferry Road, Natalie returned to the River to be closer to her family.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two horses.
